My 15 year old LOVES this necklace. |
| So
much fun with cardboard! Try some of these ideas at home!
•Cut the cardboard into shapes , paint, and then glue them together into whatever you want. •Cut a "basket" shape, cut the cardboard into "flower" shapes and let the kids paint them. When dry, Glue them into a mother's day basket. •The cardboard works great because you can make the shapes very large . My daughter painted me 1 single flower about 2 1/2 feet long. It was beautiful! •For valentines day, She cut out a single heart about 1 1/2 feet square and painted her magic on it. So creative and practically free because we always have boxes around, especially around Christmas time. •For our Christmas ornaments this year, we made them all our of cardboard (because of a busy 2 year old) Cut out various stars, paint, decorate with fabric paint, jewels, glitter, etc, fasten a pipe cleaner to hang! Stunning! •We
also did this with their hands. Out line the child's hand, cut out,
paint, decorate, wala!
