Try using the size 12 sharps (needles for appliqué) for beading with Delicas. They are so much shorter than beading needles and easier to hold on to. They go through the Delicas with room to spare.

Ice Drop Earrings
Quick and simple earrings are perfect for the icy months of winter still ahead!

Materials:

2 - Silver Plt.1.5" 24 gauge head pins
2 - Silver Plt. Ear Wires
4 - Silver Plt. 2mm Round beads

2 - Silver Plt. 3mm round beads
2 - 6mm Mushroom Shaped Crystals
2 - 8mm Mushroom Shaped Crystals

Directions:

Step 1: Arrange your beads on one head pin at a time. From the bottom: 2mm round, 8mm crystal, 3mm round, 6mm crystal, 2mm round.

Step 2: Using a flat tip pliers, bend your wire 90°. Cut the excess wire leaving about 5/16" left over.

Step 3: Using a round tip pliers, bend your wire into a circle but don't close until AFTER putting your ear wire on.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 for your next earring and put them on! Your all done!
