A
Recycled Rocket Ship!
Here's an easy to make rocket ship from the styrofoam packaging that ice cream cones come packaged in!
Step 2: Using thick craft glue or a low-temp glue gun (get help from an adult), take the larger piece and apply glue to all the cut edges. Fold over and secure with a rubber band until it's dry. Step 3: After the large piece is dry, add glue to edges and inside the curve of each smaller piece. Place over the side seams on large piece aligning with similar pieces molded into the large piece. Again, secure with rubber bands until dry. Step 4: For a base, invert a small styrofoam bowl (or cut down a styrofoam cup). Mount the rocked on the base when centering. Cut a slot if required for the bottom seam. Step
5: When dry, paint and decorate!
This rocket was decorated with silver and blue glitter for a very sparkly
effect!
