 Dragonfly
Earrings
These earrings are elegant but have a whimsical
touch with a dragonfly charm. You have extra materials to make additional
earrings with the remaining flower cups, just pick some different charms.
Materials:
1 pkg. 2" Thick silver plated eye pins (#50594)
Qty:
1 pkg. Silver plated jump rings, 4mm (#50040)
Qty:
1 pkg. Sterling Silver Looped ear wires (#50023)

1 pkg. Padparadscha Swarovski Crystals, 5mm (#16567)

1 pkg. Peridot Swarovski Crystals, 3mm (#16509)

Directions:
1. Twist open 2 jump rings and place each on a dragonfly charm
and then one on the loop of each eye pin. Carefully close the jump
ring by twisting it back together.
2. Carefully straighten out the eye pins if necessary. Place
your beads on each eye pin in the following order:
2mm round
5mm Padparadscha Crystal
Purple AB finish Flower
Cap
S/P Jasmine Bead Cap
3mm Chrysolite Crystal
3. Using a wire cutters, cut off the excess eye pin leaving approximately
3/16". Using a flat nose pliers, bend the 3/16" piece of wire 90°.
Carefully bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop, but don't close it
tight. Insert your French hook ear wire into the loop on your eye pin and
now close tightly so there are no gaps. Repeat all the above steps for
the second earrings.
