Directions:    
For the top part of the earring, thread a peridot millifiori cube through an eye pin and cut off the excess eye pin leaving approximately 3/16".  Using a flat nose pliers, bend the 3/16" piece of wire 90°.  for the middle part, use an eye pin and thread one heishi, one mint oval and one heishi, cut the excess wire and make a loop.  For the bottom part, thread onto a head pin, one 4mm silver round and make a loop, attach all three parts to the ear wire.  Enjoy!
