Jean Necklace
This three-strand necklace is easy to make
and goes great with blue jeans and a white top. This necklace is
much easier to use if you have a Bead Stopper (#51009).
If not, just use tape to hold the Softflex together.
Materials:
5 pkgs. MT Blue Purple Rainbow/White Pony Beads (#17807)

Directions:
Step 1: Cut
three 19" piece of Softflex. Take one wire, add one crimp bead, create
a loop through the bar end of the toggle clasp and back through the crimp
bead, pull tight, and crush the crimp bead. Repeat with two other
wires on the same bar toggle.
Step 2:
Strand One - string with the following:
16" of Blue/Purple Pony Beads
Add a Bead Stopper
Strand Two - string with the following:
13 Blue/Purple Pony Beads
1 Blue Coin Bead
12 Blue/Purple Pony Beads
1 Blue Coin Bead
Repeat 7 times.

Add a Bead Stopper
Strand Three - string with the following:
7" of Blue/Purple Pony Beads
1 Blue Coin Bead
1 Purple Ceramic Tube
1 Blue Coin Bead
7" of Blue/Purple Pony Beads

Step 3:
Place a weight (Softflex spool) on the end with the bar toggle so it remains
flat on the table and doesn't turn. Now take one strand at a time,
turn the Bead Stopper four full counterclockwise turns, and place on table.
Repeat with the other two strands. Next pickup all three strands/Bead
Stoppers together and turn all three strands clockwise onto and around
each other for four full turns. Hold on to the strands/Bead Stoppers so
they donut untwist. Take one strand at a time, add one crimp,
loop through clasp, back through the crimp bead, and crush the crimp. Repeat
this with second and third strands. Finished length is 16 ½"
