You can put together the dangle portion first if you would like, putting it to the side and then adding to the necklace when you are finished.

Dangle Directions:
Step 1:  Cut the portion of your chain the length that you want the dangle to be.  Be sure that you cut the chain at the Dash (smaller) part so that both ends of the chain are the Dot (larger) part of the chain.  In this idea the chain has 8 Dots and 7 Dashes.

Step 2:  Onto a head pin place a 3mm Swarovski  Round, a Monarch Bead and a 3mm Round Swarovski.  Using flat nose pliers, bend the remaining head pin 90°.  Using wire cutters, cut off the excess head pin leaving approximately 3/16".  Place the second Dash from either end of your chain into the head pin.  Carefully bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop and close tightly, this will be the bottom of your dangle.

Step 3:  Onto a head pin place a 4mm Swarovski  Bicone, a Tube and a 4mm Swarovski  Bicone. Using flat nose pliers, bend the remaining head pin 90°.  Using wire cutters, cut off the excess head pin leaving approximately 3/16".  Place the Dash above the one used in step 2 into the head pin.  Carefully bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop and close tightly.  You will be adding the rest of the designs going up the chain.

Step 4:  Repeat Step 2, using the next Dash up.  Place this into your head pin before closing it.

Step 5:  Onto a head pin place a 6mm Swarovski  Bicone and a Bead caps. Using flat nose pliers, bend the remaining head pin 90°.  Using wire cutters, cut off the excess head pin leaving approximately 3/16".  Place the next Dash into the head pin.  Carefully bend the 3/16" piece of wire into a loop and close tightly.

Step 6:   Repeat Step 2, using the next Dash up. Place this into your head pin before closing it.

Step 7:   Repeat Step 5, using the next Dash up. Place this into your head pin before closing it.

Step 8:  Open a 6mm Jump ring.  Place the last Dot and the Heart part of the toggle into the jump ring.  Close tightly.

Necklace Directions:
Step 1:  Cut 19 inches of SoftFlex.  String through crimp bead, then through loop on the heart end of the toggle, then back through crimp bead.  Snug up crimp bead to toggle and crush the crimp bead and cut off the excess Beadalon OR leave the tail and hide it under the first few beads you string.

Step 2:  String the following beads:
4mm Swarovski, Tube, 4mm Swarovski, Heishi, 6mm Swarovski, Heishi
Step 3:  Repeat this step 14 times ending with 4mm Swarovski, Tube, 4mm Swarovski and a crimp bead.

Step 4:  String through the loop on the bar part of the toggle and back through the crimp bead.  Snug up crimp bead to toggle and crush the crimp bead cut off the excess SoftFlex OR leave the tail and hide it under the last few beads you have strung.
