Zebra Furnace Glass Necklace
White is a hot color for Summer so why
not pair it with classic black. This linked necklace is made from
our zebra furnace glass, opaque 8mm jet druks, 8mm crystal druks and accented
with silver plated round beads. There is no clasp in our directions,
it will easily fit over your head, but if you prefer to add a clasp, you
can find them by clicking here. The finished
length is 34 inches.

Directions:
Eye Pins:
Step 1. On each of 24 1 inch
Eye Pins, place a Jet Druk. Using a Side Cutter, cut off the excess
Eye Pin, leaving approximately 3/16.” Using Flat  Nose
Pliers, bend the 3/16 inch piece of wire 90 degrees. With the Round Nose
Pliers, carefully bend the 3/16 inch piece of wire into a loop and close tightly.
Set aside.
Step 2. On each of 11 1 inch
Eye Pins, place a Clear Druk. Using a Side Cutter, cut off the excess Eye
Pin, leaving approximately 3/16 inch. Using Flat Nose Pliers, bend the
3/16 inch piece of wire 90 degrees. With the Round Nose Pliers, carefully
bend the 3/16 inch piece of wire into a loop and close tightly. Set aside.
Step 3. One each of 12 2 inch
Eye Pins, place a Silver Plated 4mm Round, a piece of Furnace Glass, and
a Silver Plated 4mm Round. Using a Side Cutter, cut off the excess Eye
Pin, leaving approximately 3/16 inch. Using Flat Nose Pliers, bend the
3/16” piece of wire 90 degrees. With the Round Nose Pliers, carefully
bend the 3/16 inch piece of wire into a loop and close tightly. Set aside.
Connecting the Eye Pins: You will
be placing a Jump Ring between each color.
Step 1. Twist open a Jump Ring
and insert first one loop of the Eye Pin of the Black Druk and then the
loop of the Eye Pin of the Clear Druk. Twist Jump Ring closed.
Step 2. Repeat Step 1 next connecting
the Clear Druk to a Black Druk.
Step 3. Repeat Step 2 next
connecting the Black Druk to the Furnace Glass. Your pattern should
be Black Druk, Clear Druk, Black Druk, Furnace Glass. Repeat this
pattern until you have used all the Eye Pins that you previously prepared.
Join the two ends with a Jump Ring. If you would like to make the
necklace longer, add more Eye Pins. Enjoy!
