Mystic Black and White Illusion Necklace

or any occasion wearing this alluring black and white Swarovski pearl necklace
strung on sterling silver SoftFlex. Sterling silver SoftFlex is meant
to be seen and this necklace shows it off just beautifully. You can
create a random design on your own or follow our more detailed instructions
below. Don't be intimidated that its 5 strands...it's easy and fun
to create this shimmering necklace. Not fond of black and white?
Consider using other glass pearls or Swarovski
crystals instead! Finished necklace measures approximately 17".

read the directions through before starting so you know what to expect.
You can make a random 5 strand necklace, interspersing the beads or follow
our suggestion below.
Starting: Cut 5 - 21" pieces of
SoftFlex. String all five pieces through a large crimp bead, through
one end of the toggle clasp and back through the crimp bead. Crush
the crimp bead and cut the five tails off the SoftFlex.
Each strand will be beaded separately.
Start beading each strand about 2.75" from the large crimp bead.
Crush a small crimp bead, put on your bead(s) and then crush another small
crimp bead. We'll list which beads we used on each strand, but randomly
place them on the strand so that the beads in total measure 11.5".
In other words, after the 2.75", the beads will fall in the next 11.5"
of the SoftFlex, then we'll end with another 2.75" of SoftFlex. We
spaced our beads 1-2.25" apart on each strand. If you put your beads
on a strand and they don't measure 11.5", just add more beads to get to
the 11.5" length, you have plenty left over.

Finishing: String all five pieces
of SoftFlex through a large crimp bead, through the other end of your toggle
and back through the crimp bead. Line up your strands so they fall
where you want them (this may take more than one try, but your tail is
long enough to make this pretty easy). Crush the crimp bead and cut
the five tails off the SoftFlex.
