Fancy Jasper and Turtles Bracelet
Turtles are the symbol of longevity and for me they have personal meaning.
When Allen and I moved to Pennsylvania, we bought two tiny turtles about
the size of a quarter. We didn't expect much because the girl at
the store said most people don't keep them alive for long. That was
14 years and 5 tanks ago (you could fit a person laying down in their current
tank). Zippy (the female) is now about 10" long and weighs 4lbs.
ZugZug (male) is just a bit smaller. I realized I should have more
turtles in my jewelry box the other day and came up with this fun bracelet
with rich toned Fancy Jasper mingled together with our lifelike turtle

Directions:
Step 1. Cut a length of Soft Flex approximately 11” long.
Step 2. String the Soft Flex through a Crimp Bead, through the
loop of one end of the Clasp, and back through the Crimp Bead. Crush
the Crimp and trim the excess wire.
Step 3. String the following beads:
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Kenyan Style Heishi
One 4mm Gemstones
Step 4. String the following beads:
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Kenyan Style Heishi
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Beaded Bali Spacer
One 6mm Gemstone
1 Beaded Bali Spacer
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Kenyan Style Heishi
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Turtle Bead
Step 5. Repeat Step 4 twice.
Step 6. String the following beads:
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Kenyan Style Heishi
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Beaded Bali Spacer
One 6mm Gemstone
1 Beaded Bali Spacer
One 4mm Gemstone
1 Kenyan Style Heishi
One 4mm Gemstone
Step 7. Repeat Step 3.
Step 8. Repeat Step 2 using the other end of the Clasp.
Step 9. Twist open a Jump Ring and insert the loop of the Charm
and the loop of one end of the Clasp. Twist the Jump Ring closed
so your Charm will hang off your bracelet.
