Tools you will need (change quantity to 1 if you need them):

Directions:
Step 1.  Straighten 6 head pins if necessary.
Step 2.  Put 2 head pins to the side (these are your longest pins).  Cut 8mm off 2 head pins and put them to the side (these are your medium length pins).  Cut 16mm off 2 head pins and put them to the side ((these are your shortest pins).
Step 3.  Place a Tanzanite Crystal onto each of your pins.
Step 4.  For each head pin, use a flat nose pliers and bend the top 5mm of each head pin 90°.  Carefully bend the 5mm piece into a closed loop using a flat nose pliers.
Step 5.  Open a jump ring and place a long, medium and short head pin into the jump ring.  Close the jump ring.
Step 6.  Repeat Step 5 for the second earring.  Enjoy!
