Tools you will need (change quantity to 1 if you need them):

Directions:
Step 1.  Onto each of 4 Eye Pins, place the following:
1 Shiny Heishi
1 Rock Bead
1 Shiny Heishi
(These will be called Eye Pins #1)
Step 2. Using Flat Nosed Pliers bend each Eye Pin 90°.  Cut off the excess from each Eye Pin leaving approximately 3/16".  Using the Round Nosed Pliers carefully bend the 3/16" pieces of wire from each Eye Pin into loops and close the loops tightly.  Set aside.
Step 3.  Onto each of 4 Eye Pins, place the following:
1 Topaz Crystal
1 Blue Puff Coin
1 Topaz Crystal
(These will be called Eye Pins #2)
Step 4.  Repeat Step 2.
Step 5.  Onto a Head Pin, place the following:
1 Bali Stacked Bead
1 Graphic Bead
1 Bali Stacked Bead
(This will be Head Pin #1)
Step 6.  Repeat Step 2 with the Head Pin
Step 7.  Onto a Head Pin, place the following:
1 Topaz Crystal
1 Shiny Heishi
1 Topaz Crystal
(This will be Head Pin #2)
Step 8.  Repeat Step 2 with this Head Pin.
Now you will start cutting your Chain, which you will need the Memory Wire Cutters for...
Step 9.  Cut a small piece of Chain, which only contains 2 links.
Step 10.  Repeat Step 9, seven times so that you will have 8 tiny sections with 2 links of Chain each.  We will call these pieces Chain A.  Set them aside.
Step 11.  Cut 2 equal lengths of Chain, both about 2 ½” long.  Be sure that they come out to be exactly the same length with the same number of links.  (Note: it is no big deal if you have to cut a link off to make them equal, you will have Chain left over at the end anyway).  We will call these 2 pieces Chain B.  Set them aside.
Step 12.  Cut another length of Chain, about 1 ½” long.  This will be called Chain C.  Set it aside.
Now we are going to connect everything together using the Jump Rings…
Step 13.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert Head Pin #1 and 2 pieces of Chain A.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 14.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert one of Eye Pins #2 and one piece of the Chain A that you just attached to Head Pin #1.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 15.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert another one of Eye Pins #2 and the other piece of Chain A that is attached to Head Pin #1.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 16.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert the top loop of one of your attached Eye Pins #2 and another section of Chain A.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 17.  Repeat Step 16 with the other attached Eye Pins #2 and another piece of Chain A.
Step 18.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert the end of one piece of Chain A, that you just attached, and one of Eye Pins #1.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 19.  Repeat Step 18 with the other end of the attached Chain A and another one of Eye Pins #1.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 20.  Repeat Step 16 with one of the Eye Pins #1 that you just attached.
Step 21.  Repeat Step 16 with the other Eye Pins #1 that you attached.
Step 22. Twist open a Jump Ring and insert another one of Eye Pins #2 and the one end of the attached piece of Chain A.  Twist the Jump Ring closed
Step 23.  Repeat Step 22 with the other end of the attached Chain A.
Step 24.  Repeat Step 16.
Step 25.  Repeat Step 16 with the other side of the attached Eye Pins #2.
Step 26.  Repeat Step 18.
Step 27.  Repeat Step 18 with the other end of the attached Chain A and another one of Eye Pins #1.
Step 28.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert the top loop of one end of the attached Eye Pins #1 and a piece of Chain B.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 29.  Repeat Step 28 with the other attached Eye Pin #1 on the opposite of your necklace.
Step 30.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert one end of the attached Chain B on the end of your necklace and a loop from one end of your Toggle Clasp.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 31.  Repeat Step 30 with the opposite end of Chain B on the end of your necklace and the other piece of your Toggle Clasp.
Step 32.  Twist open a Jump Ring and insert one end of Chain C and Head Pin #2.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
Step 33.  Twist the Jump Ring that is attached to the bar end of your Toggle Clasp open again and insert the other end of Chain C.  Twist the Jump Ring closed.
