Vintage Heart Locket Pendant Necklace
This beautiful pendant is made up with some of our most popular vintage brass pieces mingled together with glass beads and Swarovski crystals in amethyst, emerald and forest green for a stunning centerpiece. For our example, we put it on 17" of chain, but you can make it longer or shorter according to your preference.

Directions:
Step 1. Take the Open Flower Filigree and lay it in front of you, arranging it in the squared position. Take the Long Scroll Connector and two 8mm Jump Rings; gently twist open one Jump Ring with the Flat Nose Pliers and thread it through one end of the Connector, then through the opening on the top of the right side of the Flower Filigree. Close the Jump Ring and repeat on the other side of the Scroll Connector with the other Jump Ring.

Step 2. String a Green Crystal onto a Head Pin. Bend the Head Pin 90 degrees with Flat Nose Pliers and trim excess with Side Cutters, leaving approximately 3/8” behind. Curl into a tight loop with Round Tip Pliers. Twist open a 6mm Jump Ring and string this loop onto it. Then thread the Jump Ring around the center of the Long Scroll Connector (through the two center curls) and close the Jump Ring.

Step 3. Twist open another 6mm Jump Ring and string the 2-Hole Round Connector onto it, followed by the Heart Locket Charm (this should lay on top of the Round Connector). Thread this Jump Ring through the one above and close it.

Step 4. Gently twist open the loop end of an Eye Pin and string the Key Charm onto it. Close the loop. String a Swarovski Crystal onto the Eye Pin and form a tight loop above it without closing. Cut a piece of Chain three links long and thread the loop you just formed through one end of the piece of Chain. Close the loop and set this piece aside.

Step 5. Thread a Swarovski Crystal onto a Head Pin and form a tight loop above it. Pry open an Eye Pin and thread it through the loop you just formed, then close. String a Teal Rectangle onto the Eye Pin, form a tight loop above it, and set this piece aside.

Step 6. Thread a Green Crystal onto a Head Pin and form a tight loop above it. Pry open an Eye Pin and thread it through the loop you just formed, then close. String an Amethyst Round onto the Eye Pin followed by a Bead Cap and form a tight loop above it, but do not close. Cut a piece of Chain four links long and string one end through this open loop, then close it.

Step 7. Twist open a 6mm Jump Ring. Take the three assembled pieces formed in Steps 4, 5, and 6, and thread them onto the Jump Ring. Thread this Jump Ring through the bottom hole of the 2-Hole Round Connector and close it.

Step 8. Cut a piece of Chain approximately 17 inches long using your memory wire cutters. String the Chain through both of the 8mm Jump Rings from Step One.. Take a “Hook” piece and twist open the bottom with Flat Nose Pliers, then thread it through one end of the Chain. Close it. Repeat on the other end of the Chain with the “Eye” piece. Enjoy!
