Sherbet Delight Braided Bracelet
The idea this week is a delicious concoction of sherbet colors that is just perfect for the warm months ahead. It may look complicated, but it’s a breeze to make! Michelle from our filling department used her keen eye to mix up fire polished crystals, Swarovski crystals, pony beads, seed beads and gemstones. She then braided all the strands together to create this magnificent, multi-strand bracelet accented with a Gold Plated Tubular Clasp. The finished length measures approximately 9 inches, including the clasp. If you prefer a shorter length, the strands can be braided more tightly together.

Directions:
Step 1. Cut 6 pieces of Soft Flex, each measuring approximately 9 inches in length. Each strand will be paired with a coordinating color.
Step 2. Using a Bead Stopper, clip 2 strands of Soft Flex together. Slide one Crimp Bead onto the 2 strands. Thread one full strand with Luminous Tangerine Seed Beads. Thread the other strand with one 4mm Light Peach Crystal and one Luminous Tangerine Seed Bead then one 5mm Light Peach Crystal and one Luminous Tangerine Seed Bead. Repeat this sequence for the full length of the strand. Slide another Crimp Bead onto the 2 strands and set aside.
Step 3. Clip 2 strands of Soft Flex together and slide a Crimp Bead onto the 2 strands. Thread one full strand with Rose Pony Beads. Thread the other strand with two Indian Pink Crystals and one Rose Crystal. Repeat this sequence for the full length of the strand and end with one Crimp onto the 2 strands. Set aside.
Step 4. For the final pairing, slide a Crimp Bead onto the 2 strands and thread one full strand with Luminous Orange Seed Beads. Thread the other strand with two Luminous Orange Seed Beads, one Peach Aventurine, one Orange Seed Bead, one Peach Aventurine, and one Orange Seed Bead. Continue with one 4mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed Bead, one 6mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed Bead, one 8mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed Bead, one 6mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed Bead, one 4mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed Bead, one Peach Aventurine and one Orange Seed Bead. Repeat this sequence 3 more times. End with one 4mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed, one 6mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed, one 8mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed, one 6mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed, one 4mm Hyacinth, one Orange Seed, one Peach Aventurine, one Orange Seed, one Peach Aventurine and two Orange Seed Beads. Slide a Crimp Bead onto the 2 strands.
Step 5. Connect the strands to the Clasp. Because of the braided finish, there is no need to place each strand particularly on each loop; connect them however want to keep them in their pairings. Slide 2 strands through each loop on one end of the Clasp and back through the Crimp Bead. Crush the Crimp Bead with Crimping Pliers and trim any excess Soft Flex.
Step 6. Once each pairing is securely attached to one end of the Clasp, braid the strands together (keeping the color groupings together). You can braid as loosely or as tightly as you wish. When you reach the end, attach the strands as above in Step 5 where they fall naturally. To make sure no strands become tangled, close the Clasp before you securely crimp into place. Enjoy!
