Natural Elements Bracelet
I love the way neutral colors blend in with vintage brass. This week, I used an earthy combination of Salwag Rondelles, Bone Ovals and Natural Wood Groove Beads. Clustered upon Vintage Brass Chain, you’ll have a bracelet you can wear everyday that has lots of movement. The finished length measures approximately 7 ½ inches, including the clasp. –Allie, Customer Service

Directions:
Step 1. Start with two strands of Chain, each measuring approximately 6 ¾ inches. You can either use Memory Wire Cutters or simply twist open the links with Flat Nose Pliers.
Step 2. Create dangles: Thread individually, twenty-four White Bone Ovals onto a Head Pin. Form a simple loop above each bead by bending the Head Pin 90 degrees with Flat Nose Pliers then trim with Side Cutters to leave 3/8 inch behind. Curl this into a tight loop with Round Nose Pliers; set aside.
Step 3. Thread individually, six Brown Bone Ovals onto a Head Pin and form a simple loop above each bead; set aside.
Step 4. Thread individually, five Wood Groove Beads onto an Eye Pin and form a simple loop above each bead. Twist open five individual Jump Rings and slide one bead onto each; set aside.
Step 5. Thread individually, ten Salwag Rondelles onto an Eye Pin and form a simple loop above each bead. Twist open ten individual Jump Rings and slide one bead onto each; set aside.
Step 6. Group and attach dangles: Twist open a Jump Ring and slide on 3 Bone Ovals. Twist open a second Jump Ring and slide on one Brown and one Natural Bone Oval. Attach both Jump Rings to the second link from the end of one piece of Chain. Repeat the same pattern five more times attaching the groupings at every fourth link on the Chain.
Step 6. On the 2nd piece of Chain, attach the following grouping on the second link from the end; one Salwag Rondelle, one Wood Groove Bead and one Salwag Rondelle. Repeat the same pattern four more times attaching the groupings at every fifth link on the Chain.
Step 7. Join both strands of Chain by twisting open a Jump Ring and sliding through the ending links. Before twisting the Jump Rings closed, slide the loop of the Lobster Clasp on one end and attach another Jump Ring to the opposite end. Twist both Jump Rings closed. Enjoy! |
