• Adding Items to your cart:
We use a slightly different design than what you might be used to seeing on other sites for our cart. On our site, we let you select the quantity of all items on a single page, then add them all to your cart in one click. This lets you spend less time in the cart, and more time browsing our products! When you first get to a page, all quantity fields are zero (0). To add items from a page, change the desired items quantity boxes from zero to the number of packages you would like to order. Then to add them to your cart, click the button located at the top or bottom of the page. All of the items you changed will then be added to your cart. Once in the cart you can change item quantities or remove items from your order.

• What do you charge for Shipping and Handling?
Orders over $35.00 have FREE First Class

USPS First Class $1.99
USPS Priority Mail $4.99
USPS First Class to Canada $3.00
USPS First Class Outside US/Canada $7.00
FedEx (USA Only) $35.00

• How long until I receive my order?
We try to ship orders the same day we receive them before 3pm. Please note we are closed on weekends and most major US holidays.  Generally if the Post Office is closed, we are too.
Priority Mail orders arrive in 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse.
First Class takes 2-14 days.
International First Class takes 5-45 days.

• International:
We ship via USPS First Class International to arrive in 5-45 business days after leaving our warehouse.
All taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note:  Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy packages.  We will contact you, to get your okay, before any additional charges are added to your order.

• Federal Express:
FedEx Overnight shipping is available for an additional $35.00 fee and will arrive by the end of the next business day when your order is placed before 2pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm Eastern Time Friday through Sunday, your order will be shipped the next business day. This does not include holidays or days that our warehouse is closed.  FedEx orders require a signature.  We do not ship International orders via FedEx.

• May I return items if I'm not happy with them?
We want you to be delighted (not just happy) with your purchase from eebeads.com, but if you aren't, return items within 30 days of shipment of your order we will gladly refund (or exchange) your purchase price of your returned items with the following exceptions:
- Items must be unaltered/unopened.  Include a copy of your invoice.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Contact us or include a note if you would like to exchange items in your order.
- We do not accept returns on books or chain.
- A credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. If you paid by money order, we will issue you a store credit.

• May I call or fax my order to you or call with questions?
- Call us toll free at 1-888-746-7382 or 215-658-1711 to place an order over the phone.
- Orders can be placed using our our printable order form - fax completed form to 215-658-1191 or mail to our address listed at the bottom of each page on our website.

• What methods of payment do you accept?  
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and money orders.
We do not accept personal/business checks or bank drafts.
PayPal orders will check out directly through PayPal.  Just select the "Pay with PayPal" button on the bottom of your shopping cart page.

• Do you backorder items if you don't have them?
If an item is out of stock we will refund your card or PayPal account but we do occasionally back order items.  Money orders will receive a substitute item.
Backorders will be placed when we know an item will be back in stock in about 14 days or less.
Backorders are charged the same day we charge the rest of your order.  There is no shipping charge when we send backordered items.

• I placed my order and forgot something...can I add to it?
Once you have placed your order, it is considered to be final.  We do not add on to a completed order, please place another order if you forgot something.

• Website Typographical Errors:
eebeads has made every effort to offer the most current, correct and clearly expressed information possible. However, there may be information on this website that contains inaccuracies, typographic and other errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, eebeads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. eebeads shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, eebeads shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
